AnyDesk may only receive sessions when Accessibility and Screen Recording permission is granted by the macOS system. Add AnyDesk to trusted apps in order to work correctly. Note: Permission for Full Disk Access is optional, but required to use the File Transfer. Try to adjust the target framerate, until you see four arms, forming a cross. Then try to fine-tune the framerate until the cross doesn't rotate anymore. Immediately installing AnyDesk now allows to connect to that Desk directly from the beginning. User interface improvements: User interface has been updated and now also allows to hide the sidebar on the left and the Remote Desk box.

Accessing system preferences manually
Set the permissions for AnyDesk in the Privacy Tab of Security & Privacy.
Security & Privacy is located in System Preferences on MacOS.
